National Key Account Leader

• Managing structured accounts and buying groups within Retail channel, to negotiate annual agreements, implement development and promotional plans.
• Supporting and guiding the existing sales force (sales agents) on local accounts.
• Determining and managing key accounts in order to accomplish and advance sales budgets, and maximize opportunities to make sales.
• Implementing Company strategy and delivering annual targets and goals.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new key accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and operations teams internally to deliver on accounts expectations.
• Cooperating with trade marketing team to implement activities targeted to key accounts.
• Turn your objectives and value-adds into actions and commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree, preferably in Economics and/or Marketing fields
• Sales experience with Retail clients, including those within the Drugstore and Discount channel
• Very good Italian and English level both spoken and written
• Communication skills
• Negotiation capabilities
• Goal oriented

• Knowledge of the household cleaning wholesale channel
• Teamwork capabilities and previous experience in leading sales force
• Prioritization

• Location information: 3M Italy HQ, Pioltello.
• The ideal candidate should be based in Northern Italy, preferably in the Milan area.
• Travel expectations may include up to 70% (mainly domestic, occasionally international).
• Field based role.
• Working pattern: full time.
• The position is classified at level Impiegato B2 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria), CNEL code B011.
• The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between € 60.000 and € 65.000.
• The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company’s organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position.
• The position may also provide access to a variable remuneration component of up to 20% of the gross annual remuneration, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Company incentive scheme.
• Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL, and the Company policies and programmes in force at the commencement of employment.
