KLN Project, for its Integrated Logistics activities, is seeking an experienced/senior Operation Specialist to join its Operations team, supporting the execution of the project cargo projects.
This position will report to the Team Leader, and she/he will play a key role in delivering all-related operations services within complex and international environments.
The candidate will work in close coordination with its team, suppliers and Client to ensure effective processes, reliable activities, accurate progress monitoring and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- manage the complete shipment process;
- control of the related transport documents necessary for project execution;
- monitoring and timing management through related reporting to the Client;
- drive/coordinate direct relationships Clients (Italian and foreign);
- manage contact and negotiation with airlines/shipping lines and carriers;
- support the team activities and take initiative where appropriate;
- support project meetings and ensure alignment across execution activities.
- Experienced: 8+ years’ experience in project cargo (Oil & Gas sector experience is considered a plus);
- Senior: 20+ years’ experience in project cargo (Oil & Gas sector experience is Proven experience in managing complex, multi-interface projects;
- Junior: 1-3 years’ experience in project cargo/general cargo;
- good knowledge of office applications;
- AS400 management knowledge is considered a plus;
- Well organised, ordered, precise;
- High level of personal values, empathy and collaboration;
- good level of English (written and spoken).
Compensation: the package will be evaluated according the experience and competences in line with the labour market for these professional positions.
