Overview

In this role, you will lead design, architecture, and delivery of end-to-end telecom solutions aligned with digital transformation goals. You’ll bridge business needs with technical implementation across OSS/BSS domains, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You drive strategic initiatives, manage risks, and enable cloud-native BSS transformations with a hands-on, consultative approach. This is an opportunity to shape multi-vendor telecom architectures at scale and contribute to global digital transformations.

Responsabilità
  • Lead architecture across CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing & Revenue Management, Charging, Mediation, Inventory, Service Fulfillment & Assurance, and Network Management Systems
  • Guide development and integration teams; perform solution reviews and architecture validations
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies; support UAT and production deployments
  • Support digital transformation initiatives with cloud-native BSS and API-led architecture
  • Develop actionable plans that translate complex concepts into business value and outcomes
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication of technical concepts
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Five years of enterprise software implementation experience in digital transformation
  • Experience with leading telecom vendors and multi-vendor integration environments
  • Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS architecture and O2C, Trouble-to-Resolve processes
  • API-first and Microservices architecture experience; TMF Open APIs
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Middleware/ESB, Database technologies; DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and ITIL; Agile/Scrum experience
