In this role you will lead delivery of clinical studies, ensuring fast, quality and compliant execution within contracted scope. You work within the core project team to optimize speed, cost, and outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional groups to overcome obstacles. You will manage relationships with customers and vendors, forecast opportunities, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned. This position offers leadership across studies and a chance to shape operational excellence using IQVIA solutions.
Responsabilità- Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team
- Execute clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost
- Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance
- Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and manage study issues
- Monitor progress and proactively present project status to stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks and contingencies, leading problem solving
- Ensure project quality by addressing risks and implementing CAPA
- May act as primary or backup customer contact and manage key customer relationships
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams for on-time delivery and issue resolution
- Ensure financial success of the project, forecast opportunities to accelerate revenue
- Identify scope changes and manage change control processes
- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices
- May lead vendor management activities as primary contact
- Support staff development and mentor junior team members
- Adopt corporate initiatives and communicate change to the team
- Provide input on team members’ performance relative to project tasks
- Collaborate across geographies with awareness of cultural differences
- Maintain awareness of project financials and contractual obligations
- Demonstrate IQVIA Core Competencies across client focus, collaboration, communication, innovation, and ownership
- Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience including >1 year of project management experience or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of the job area and broad knowledge of related areas
- Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with solid presentation abilities
- Problem solving skills and results-oriented mindset
- Leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams and manage performance
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management
- Quality focus with attention to detail and continuous learning
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams across geographies
