Overview

In this role you will build the people and legal infrastructure to support rapid international growth. You will drive cross-border recruitment, fair employment practices, and scalable HR policies while coordinating with external advisors. You will partner with senior leadership to design compensation, equity plans, and headcount planning, enabling sustainable expansion. The opportunity blends people operations with legal coordination in a fast-paced, startup/scale-up environment.

Responsabilità
  • Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across Europe for technical, commercial, and business-critical roles
  • Build a robust recruitment pipeline with hiring managers, recruiters, and external search firms
  • Define employment and contract frameworks across multiple European and international jurisdictions (employees, contractors, EOR)
  • Coordinate employment agreements, onboarding/offboarding, and related documentation
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as the organization scales
  • Design and benchmark compensation packages (fixed pay, bonuses, benefits, incentives)
  • Support ESOP/stock option and other equity plans with senior leadership and external advisors
  • Assist with annual compensation reviews, promotions, and organizational planning
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations on payroll inputs, budgeting, and headcount forecasting
  • Serve as main interface with employment and corporate lawyers and external legal advisors
  • Support senior leadership on selected legal and operational matters with external support when needed
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 3–5 years in People/HR, People Operations, HRBP, or similar roles
  • Experience managing recruitment processes, including technical and senior profiles
  • Solid understanding of employment contracts, compensation structures, and HR policies
  • Experience with international hiring across multiple European countries
  • Comfortable working with external lawyers; legal background or exposure to employment/corporate law is a plus
  • Highly organized, pragmatic, able to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with executives and employees
  • Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
  • Experience in startup/scale-up or technology companies preferred
