Medtronic plc is seeking a fulltime remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery (RAS) system and DS1 platform across EMEA. The role demands clear communication with health care professionals, SUS and FSEs, and a strong technical background in medical devices.
The candidate should have engineering credentials (biomedical/electrical/mechanical) and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian, with extensive experience in robotics and software troubleshooting.
