  • Ensure implementation, maintenance, and compliance of purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function
  • Execute assigned activities according to ABB standard procedures
  • Deliver and participate in training programs as required
  • Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize supplier and product costs, quality, and reliability
  • Design and implement local sourcing plans and strategies
  • Support local sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements
  • Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability
  • Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and renew price lists and terms and conditions
  • Recommend frame agreements to management and execute them upon approval
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of plastic and metal categories, including supplier market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and cost drivers
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role
  • Dynamic and proactive individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, work with deadlines, and manage projects effectively
