Overview

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will support cardiac care through clinical decision support, training, and field-based education of sales teams on cardiac solutions. You’ll drive product adoption, oversee training in cath labs, and help grow disposable utilization while ensuring confidence in Philips IGT-D laser systems. You will build strong relationships with hospital staff and collaborate with marketing to inform product strategy. This role offers travel across Northern Italy and a path to impact patient outcomes through technical and clinical leadership.

Responsabilità
  • Deliver clinical training to customers and educate sales teams
  • Disseminate technical product information and support hospital staff training, including in the cath lab
  • Drive disposable utilization and support revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Monitor and support Philips laser system usage in the field to ensure confidence in IGT-D products
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, cath lab personnel, and administrative staff
  • Coordinate with Marketing and internal teams to capture needs and provide competitive/product intelligence
  • Lead business development activities to raise awareness of cardiac implantable electronic device infection and organize stakeholder meetings
  • Process and monitor product complaints according to company procedures
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor/Master in biomedical engineering or clinical/science-related field
  • 2–5 years of clinical support experience in a cath-lab
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Willingness to travel 70–80% to support cath-lab disposable usage
