Lefay Resorts & Residences in Pinzolo presents an opportunity for a Luxury Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all restaurant, beverage, employee dining and room service operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, develop the F&B business plan, and manage procurement and inventories.
The role requires 2+ years in F&B management at a luxury hotel, strong leadership, and fluency in Italian with English; German or French is a plus. Full-time, on-site in Pinzolo, Italy.
