PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Due to company growth and business development, we are looking for a Project Manager with the following profile.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the technical and logistical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with planned timelines and contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring appropriate quality and safety standards.
  • Organizing internal meetings with the project team and external meetings with client companies, in order to ensure proper project management and prevent potential critical issues.
  • Scheduling and planning project activities, ensuring that the agreed objectives are achieved.
  • Liaising with end customers regarding the specific requirements of each project.
  • Collaborating with other company departments, including Purchasing, Administration, Design, Preliminary Engineering, and related functions.
  • Coordinating the project team.
  • Managing project budgets.
  • Coordinating activities throughout all project phases and monitoring their progress.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on project progress, issues, and proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the metalworking, industrial automation, or industrial machinery sector.
  • A degree in Engineering or a technical diploma.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Mechanical and electrical technical skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.

The successful candidate, meeting the required experience and qualifications, will be offered a permanent employment contract under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement, with remuneration aligned with the skills and experience actually acquired.
