Agorai Innovation Hub is seeking outstanding technical professionals to join our team, with the ambition to design, build, and bring to production advanced, reliable, and impactful Artificial Intelligence solutions.

We are looking for individuals who can turn cutting-edge technology into scalable, real-world systems and contribute to the development of next-generation AI products and platforms.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in one or more of the following domains:

• ML Platforms & MLOps
• AI Evaluation & Metrics
• Software Engineering for AI Products
• Responsible AI & Governance
• Product & Experience Design

Technical Skills:

• Previous experience in putting system into production
• Experience in building and deploying AI
• Infrastructure experience with ML

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a continuous learning attitude
• Team-oriented approach, combined with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure during critical phases

Languages

• English: Fluent / professional proficiency (mandatory — working language for international projects and publications)
• Italian: Considered a plus, but not required

The Agorai Innovation Hub is a pioneering research ecosystem based in Trieste, dedicated to leveraging Data Science and Artificial Intelligence to enhance the quality of life. Supported by a consortium of institutions and companies, including the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Generali, Fincantieri, Illycaffè, and several universities, the hub's mission is to cultivate talent, facilitate knowledge transfer, and nurture the development of innovative startups. Key research areas encompass health and well-being, regenerative agriculture, mobility and transport, and finance. Strategic partners for the project include Google Cloud, Deloitte, and Goldman Sachs.
