As an Indirect Material Buyer , you will support the purchasing of materials and services needed for our daily operations. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and on-time deliveries.
- Purchase indirect materials, spare parts, services, and equipment
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure timely supply
- Request quotations and negotiate prices
- Organize transports and process invoices
- Maintain supplier and material master data
- Support customs, goods receipt, and supplier onboarding activities
- Preferably completed education in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline
- Experience in purchasing is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented working style
- Good MS Office and English skills; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
