- Develop and execute bespoke strategies to enhance global brand presence.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-profile clients, collectors, and strategic partners.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an international team, ensuring alignment with our brand's unique vision.
- Stay attuned to luxury and design market trends, adapting strategies to maintain our exclusive appeal.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Manage the global budget and provide insights on market performance and opportunities.
- Minimum 10 years in international roles within luxury or design sectors.
- Proven experience in building and nurturing high-profile relationships.
- Strong network within niche luxury and design markets.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while aligning with brand values.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently and engage with global clientele.
- Location: Milan
- Contract: Full-time
- Gross annual salary: €60,000-70,000
