As Deel’s Creative Director, you define and lead AI-native production across video and design, raising the bar for creative work that meaningfully uses generative AI. You will build the tooling stack, establish workflows, and deliver brand films and product storytelling that blend traditional and AI-led methods. You’ll craft a repeatable method that scales with the studio’s ambitions and mentor teams to adopt new practices. This role sits at the forefront of the global work revolution and shapes how AI is used creatively across the organization.

- Build and govern the AI tooling stack and workflows, including guiding where not to use AI
- Direct video and motion work for brand campaigns and product storytelling
- Create a repeatable, scalable method that can be adopted across teams
- Collaborate with Creative Director, video/motion teams, and brand designers to codify best practices
- 10+ years in video, motion, or design with experience in direction and production
- Recent work directed or produced using generative AI that stands up as creative work
- Deep knowledge of current AI tooling and strong judgment on its limitations
- Proven ability to build usable workflows for others
- Strong point of view on likeness, disclosure, and provenance in AI-created content
