Learning & Engagement Lead — Remote & Inclusive Programs

Fondazione Prada is seeking a Learning & Engagement Coordinator to lead educational strategies and mediation projects across its spaces in Milan and partner sites. The role emphasizes inclusive practices, collaboration with curatorial and marketing teams, and delivering engaging educational experiences for diverse publics.

You will design direct and indirect mediation formats, supervise staff, assess impact, and continuously improve visitor engagement methods, including work with schools and
