About The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Milan and play a key role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

You’ll work across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that help shape business decisions and support the growth of a fast‑scaling company.

This is an opportunity for an analytical, curious, and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating cross‑functionally, and taking ownership of projects with a direct impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
Build and maintain financial models covering P&L, cash flow, scenarios, and business planning
Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway
Prepare management reporting and contribute to board and investor reporting
Perform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision‑making
Contribute to fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance projects
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
Confidence in building, interpreting, and communicating financial models
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills and experience working with large datasets
Familiarity with Salesforce
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Fluent English
Based in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

Experience in a high-growth startup or scale‑up
Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A
Knowledge of BI tools or ERP systems
Experience working in international or cross‑border finance environments
