Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones are met by collaborating with multi-functional teams and providing regular progress updates.
- Assist in defining governance structures, managing risks, and ensuring decision-making processes are followed.
- Support to track and manage project dependencies and BAU work, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet targets.
- Help define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Assist with change management initiatives, including training, employee communications, and managing the change agent network.
- Gather data and insights from the project team to support reporting, and provide updates to the Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Support the coordination of regular project and portfolio management meetings, tracking progress and managing interdependencies between projects.
- Assist with closing project activities, including financial management, resource release, and the formal handover of responsibilities to business-as-usual support.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance, maintaining standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to align with best practices.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with organizational policies and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

The opportunityWe are looking for a Project Specialist – Network Transformation to join our Supply Chain organisation and support an important transformation programme across Italy, Greece and the Balkans. This is a highly cross-functional role, working on projects focused on the evolution of our operational network. These can include the opening or relocation of service centres, operational improvements and automation projects.
You will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams, as well as Planning, Transport, Procurement, Legal and other internal and external partners. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects, while supporting the delivery of larger and more complex transformation initiatives, giving you exposure to both project management and operational supply chain topics.
What you’ll do- Support the planning and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage smaller projects independently and support larger initiatives.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies and key actions.
- Gather and analyse information to support business cases, reporting and decision-making.
- Support project governance and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to change management activities and the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.
- Ensure projects follow appropriate PMO processes, methodologies and quality standards.
The role requires approximately 30% travel, depending on project needs.
What we’re looking for- Experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, operations, industrial environments or consulting.
- Good understanding of operational processes and logistics flows.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and hands‑on approach, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Based in Italy, with flexibility to travel across the region.
Salary 42,300 - 46,200€ annual gross salary.
