To strengthen our young team at the Caravan Park Sexten, we are looking for a COMMIS De RANG (M/F/D)

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Dining Room Preparation: Arranging tables and chairs, setting out tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, glasses and table decorations.
Mise en Place: Preparing all the necessary items for the service and ensuring that each table is properly set and tidy.
Table Service: Assisting the waitstaff in serving food and beverages, following the instructions of the responsible staff members.
Clearing Tables: Removing used plates, cutlery and glasses from the tables.
Dining Room Maintenance: Cleaning and tidying tables during and after service.
Cooperation with the Kitchen: Bringing dishes from the kitchen to the dining room and communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Compliance with Hygiene Standards: Maintaining the cleanliness of the premises and equipment while complying with food hygiene and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Professional training in the restaurant industry and/or previous experience
Knowledge of the Italian language and also basic knowledge of German and English
Ability to responsibly perform assigned work assignments
Willingness for continuing education and team spirit
