4.Operations is looking for an experienced Electrical Designer / Electrical Design Engineer for a full time opportunity based in Central Europe.

The role is focused on the design and development of electrical systems for industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on MV/LV distribution, substations and electrical layouts.

• 
  
• Design MV and LV electrical systems
  
• Develop transformer substation layouts and power distribution systems
  
• Prepare single line and multi line diagrams
  
• Produce electrical layouts for power and lighting systems
  
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs and RFQs
  
• Support equipment and supplier selection
  
• Review technical documentation and drawings
  
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines
  
• Support site inspections and project activities when required
  
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable standard
  

• 
  
• Degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant electrical design experience
  
• Strong experience with MV/LV systems
  
• Experience with transformer substations and power distribution
  
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
  
• Experience preparing electrical drawings and technical documentation
  
• Background in industrial, chemical, mechanical or engineering projects
  
• Good English communication skills
  
• Willingness to work from the Florence office
  
• Flexibility to travel when required
  

• 
  
• Experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences projects is highly desirable.
  
• Previous experience within an engineering consultancy or multidisciplinary design environment would also be an advantage.
