Digital Factory Manager

In this role you will define the technical vision and architecture for the client’s digital ecosystem, aligning B2B/B2C platforms and internal solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure and reliable platforms, contributing to digital transformation and platform evolution. You will collaborate with stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams, and partners to govern technical standards and delivery. • Contribute to defining the technical architecture of digital platforms and connected systems
• Support IoT ecosystems design and Cloud/Edge integrations
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership across project streams and support Product and Engineering teams
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and quality requirements
• Define integration strategies across heterogeneous systems and platforms

• Lead Product and Engineering teams in strategic decisions

• Oversee technical quality, scalability, security, reliability, and sustainability
• Coordinate providers and partners with architectural direction
• Define roadmaps and lead Digital Transformation initiatives

• Experience designing and evolving distributed software architectures
• Knowledge of Software Architecture and System Integration principles
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions and integrating systems
• Knowledge of IoT ecosystems, Connected Platforms, and Cloud architectures
• Experience integrating software components, services, and hardware devices
• Knowledge of major IoT communication protocols
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and structured delivery practices
• Ability to coordinate technical activities and support multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to define integration solutions across heterogeneous systems and platforms
• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in e-Mobility, charging infrastructure, and B2B/B2C digital platforms is a plus
• For Expert: proven governance of complex distributed enterprise software architectures
• Ability to define architectural vision and technology roadmap for complex ecosystems
• Experience in large-scale Edge-to-Cloud architectures and Distributed Computing
• Experience defining enterprise integration strategies across platforms
• Experience governing IoT ecosystems and large-scale connected platforms
• Knowledge of electric mobility and charging infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of OCPP protocol and CPMS platforms
• Experience with enterprise frameworks for large-scale IoT environments
