We are currently seeking Staff Content Managers to join our Content team. This role is available to candidates across Italy, France and Germany.

• Own the Italy, Germany, and France Content Collections as One Product Set and run one roadmap across Italian, German, and French legal content. Target parity with each market's leading publishers in coverage, currency, and quality: Wolters Kluwer Italia, Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre, and UTET Giuridica in Italy; beck-online, Wolters Kluwer Germany, and juris in Germany; LexisNexis France, Dalloz, and Lamy in France. Set shared KPIs for completeness, update speed, enrichment depth, and reliability, applied consistently across all three markets. Drive ROI through better win rates, customer trust, retention, and revenue tied to content in each of the three markets.
• Coverage Gap Analysis & Expansion Planning Keep a full coverage map across case law and legislation in all three markets: Corte di Cassazione and Corte Costituzionale plus Normattiva and Gazzetta Ufficiale in Italy; Bundesgerichtshof and Bundesverfassungsgericht plus Gesetze im Internet and Bundesgesetzblatt in Germany; Cour de cassation and Conseil d'État plus Légifrance and Journal Officiel in France. Rank gaps across all three markets by legal authority, customer demand, competitive risk, and cost to fix. Lead build, buy, and license decisions with Licensing, Legal, and Corporate Development for each market. Pick the best cost-to-value outcome each time.
• Pipeline, Infrastructure & Technology Stewardship Keep one ranked backlog with Content Ops and Engineering, prioritizing what moves Italian, German, and French content forward the most, together. Work with Content Ops, Data Ops, and Engineering to run and improve ingestion and enrichment pipelines shared across the three markets, including the move to Iceberg. Build pipelines owned by Clio that hold up under load and scale across all three languages and legal systems. Cut brittle third-party links and manual steps. Set standards for monitoring, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery across all three content sets. Protect Vincent and Clio Work research features from downtime.
• Legal Data Enrichment & Innovation Work with Italian, German, and French Editorial and Ops teams to review and improve enrichment across case law and legislative data in each market. Set shared metadata and structure standards, including parallel citations, legislative amendments, case summaries, and hierarchy, adapted to each legal system. Lead enrichment work that pairs editorial skill with AI, improving how content gets found, used, and read by downstream AI tools, across all three markets.
• ROI & Performance Management Work with Finance and FP&A to size the financial and product impact of content spend across Italy, Germany, and France. Keep dashboards that track cost per document, ingestion speed, coverage parity, and enrichment reach, broken out by market. Present each quarter to the Content Committee on roadmap progress, risk, and business impact across all three markets.
• Market Intelligence & Partnerships Compare Clio's coverage, editorial quality, and features against Wolters Kluwer Italia, Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre, and UTET Giuridica in Italy; beck-online, Wolters Kluwer Germany, and juris in Germany; LexisNexis France, Dalloz, and Lamy in France; and other regional providers. Find partnerships with courts, publishers, and open-data groups in each country to cut long-term dependency risk and open new access points. Track new AI and NLP methods for legal text tagging, summary writing,
