Slam Jam S.r.l. in Milano is seeking an Apparel Designer to lead the creative development of ROA brand apparel collections, blending outdoor heritage with streetwear sensibilities.
You will design technical outdoor apparel from concept to production, develop tech packs, research fabrics and construction techniques, collaborate across teams, and ensure on-time delivery while driving innovation.
Travel to partner mills and trade shows as needed to explore new materials and manufacturing innovations.
