In this role, you will design and build scalable, high-quality backend services in an agile, cross-functional team. You’ll influence architecture decisions and collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into robust, secure applications. You will contribute to best practices and continuous improvement while shaping technical solutions in a fast-moving environment. This position offers the chance to work on impactful software and be part of a culture that values collaboration and sustainability.
Responsabilità- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with the product owner to outline product strategies
- Design application architectures and technical solutions for services
- Work with fellow engineers in a collaborative environment
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security requirements
- Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring
- Experience with automated testing strategies
- Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS
- Exposure to high availability solutions and SaaS/PaaS models
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication
- Commitment to high-quality, secure code
- Java and Spring framework expertise
- OOP/OOD/SOLID, design patterns
