Our client in Milan, Italy is looking to hire an SAP PMO (Project Management Office) Officer to primarily work in a team coordination function on a major SAP integration project for a fashion brand.
Experience needed:
- Previous experience working in as an IT PMO
- Experience working on SAP projects
- Strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Nice to have (but not mandatory experience):
- Experience working on SAP integration project
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (interfaces, data flows, integration testing)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (planning, production, plant logistics, quality) and how they interface with other corporate systems
The role will involve:
- Oversee integration activities between SAP and external systems (MES, WMS, PLM, suppliers and partners)
- Managing cross-team dependencies, timelines, risks, issues, testing and project reporting
- The role focuses on integration governance and coordination
Additional information:
- Initially the role will be part-time (for 1 month, 2-3 days per week), moving to a full-time role thereafter.
- The initial contract will be for 3 months with a 9 month extension likely.
