In this role you design and implement complex Telco IT solutions aligned with business goals. You lead architecture decisions, guide technical design, and ensure smooth integration across provisioning, orchestration, activation, and fulfilment domains. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native, scalable solutions for Tier 1 operators. You stay current with industry standards, drive modernization, and shape high-impact programs. - Bridge client needs with business goals by gathering requirements and crafting innovative solutions
- Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end solution definition for Telco IT systems
- Define target architectures, data flows, and deployment strategies for cloud-native and microservices systems
- Evaluate tech options to meet HA, performance, scalability, and security for mission-critical Telco processes
- Oversee design, development, and lifecycle management of software components in provisioning, fulfilment, and orchestration
- Ensure DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices
- Support solution implementation across hybrid and Telco cloud (private, NFV/SDN, public)
- Act as technical reference for cross-functional teams and drive workshops and design authority activities
- Promote modern engineering patterns, cloud-native architectures, and automation frameworks
- Mentor engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and communities
- Collaborate in international teams using agile at scale or turnkey delivery models
- Senior Solution Architect / Software Engineer with Telco cloud domain expertise
- Experience in end-to-end architecture and engineering of large-scale transformation programs
- Ability to define architectures, integration patterns, and data flows for cloud-native, microservices-based systems
- Knowledge of provisioning, fulfilment, orchestration, and activation domains in Telco environments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices
- Experience with hybrid Telco cloud environments (private cloud, NFV/SDN, public cloud)
- Strong collaboration across business, architecture, and operations teams
- Mentor and lead engineering teams in fast-paced settings
