As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for Ammeraal Beltech Srl in North West Italy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and collaborating with other Regional Area Managers to achieve overall sales targets. Scope & Dimensions
  • Knowledge & Relevant Industrial Market Experience Managing Sales in the OEMs & EUs of Industrial Conveyor Belting products
  • Study and analysis of market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread & customers to penetrate.
  • Lead Generation, collecting and Conversion to business opportunities and Sales.
  • New & Existing Key Account Management,
  • Customer complaint handling and resolution in coordination with the application engineering & MU.
  • Self-driven with high level of customer centricity & building business relationships to deliver objectives.
  • Team Management : drive a team of sales representatives in reaching sales target and apply all the company policies
  • Cross functional team collaboration for NPD, Localization, Order Management, OTD Service Levels.
  • Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and accounts receivable. CRM Sales force Management.
  • Analyse, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance to market requirements.
  • Market and Competitor updates regularly to benchmark and for improved profitability & price increases.

Indicative salary no less than € 54k + bonus system as % of annual salary linked to company and individual objectives with quarterly settlement - the offer will be commensurate with the experience and skills of the person

The place of work can be any of the Italian company offices (Calderara di Reno, Melzo, Salzano, etc.)

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients in North West Italy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and other Regional Area Managers to align sales efforts and share best practices.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
