As L&D Delivery Manager, you will lead a team to design and deliver a world-class learning agenda across Italy stores and regional office. You’ll partner with P&C leaders to translate business needs into impactful development programs. You’ll drive a progressive learning strategy, roll out blended solutions, and measure impact to uplift performance and growth. This role offers visibility across leadership levels and a chance to shape a scalable learning culture aligned with Primark’s expansion. - Drive a culture of continuous professional development across the market
- Partner with country P&C leaders to extract business requirements and feed insights to CoE
- Develop and execute a market learning strategy balancing global priorities with local needs
- Roll-out impactful learning solutions (workshops, webinars, masterclasses, events, blended programs)
- Deliver sessions for senior leadership and teams across the market
- Source or create solutions for learning and performance needs via external providers when appropriate
- Lead the annual market learning calendar within the market P&C plan and ensure it stays up-to-date
- Manage in-market L&D budget with cost-conscious value delivery
- Establish measures for progress and evaluation of L&D initiatives
- Oversee marketing and administration of Primark’s learning management system for colleagues in the market
- Stay aligned with business developments to inform L&D priorities
- 5+ years in L&D roles
- 3+ years in people management
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of corporate and retail learning principles and best practices
- Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong partnering ability across leadership levels
- Ability to manage timely delivery in a dynamic environment
