Implementation Consultant, Enterprise | French speaker

In this role you onboard and enable clients to adopt Deel’s platform, guiding them through configuration, integrations, and implementation. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful delivery, impacting client success and Deel’s growth in new markets. You will blend technical know-how with a strong customer focus to enable compliant global payroll and HRIS usage. • Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for Deel’s platform
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and configure solutions
• Provide product expertise during implementation including setup, integrations, and testing
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoff
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency
• Capture client feedback for product improvements
• Manage multiple client implementations with high customer satisfaction

• 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems
• Experience managing client relationships through implementation
• Excellent project management with timelines and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira)
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
