Following our $15M Series B, we're continuing to evolve ShippyPro into a more intelligent platform – helping teams automate operations, understand what is happening, and make better decisions. Design sits right at the center of that shift: every workflow we simplify is something a real merchant touches every day.

ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries. It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.

We're not looking for someone who simply turns requirements into beautiful screens.

We want someone who asks:

Who is using this?

What are they trying to accomplish?

Where are they getting stuck?

How can we make this simpler?

Did the solution actually work?

You’ll contribute to real product problems from day one and progressively own more of the full design process – from discovery to design, launch and adoption.

You’ll work on a complex global SaaS product used by thousands of businesses – not a portfolio project

You’ll be surrounded by experienced Product Designers and Product Managers who review your work and accelerate your growth

You’ll own increasingly important parts of the product as you grow, not just execute what's handed to you

You’ll talk directly with customers and see the real impact of what you ship

You’ll grow into design and AI‑assisted prototyping at the same time – we're actively figuring out how these tools change the job, together

Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes

Turn complex workflows into simple product experiences

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers

Contribute to our Design System

Talk directly with users and participate in research and usability testing

Analyse qualitative feedback together with product usage data

Monitor product metrics on a daily and weekly basis

Understand and improve activation, adoption and engagement

Identify friction in existing experiences and propose improvements

Manage your work through tools such as Jira

Review the experience before and after features go live

Around 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or similar

Strong knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals

A strong eye for product, including hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction and simplicity

Experience with Figma or similar product design tools

Experience with concepts such as:

Components and reusable patterns

Prototyping

Design systems

Developer handoff

Ability to move from: user flow → wireframe → prototype → final UI

Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing

Curiosity about user behavior and willingness to talk directly with customers

Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly

Good written and spoken English

We increasingly expect Product Designers to go beyond traditional design tools – experience with any of the following is a strong plus:

Lovable or similar vibe-coding / AI prototyping platforms

AI‑assisted prototyping tools

Using AI to explore product ideas, create prototypes or accelerate research

Basic understanding of how to turn a design concept into a working interactive experience

You don't need to be a developer, but we're looking for someone curious about how AI is changing the way products are designed and built.

Experience with B2B SaaS

Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar or FullStory

Basic understanding of activation, conversion and feature adoption

Experience working with a Design System

Experience collaborating directly with developers

Knowledge of eCommerce or operational software

This role is designed to accelerate your growth into a strong end-to-end Product Designer. You’ll learn how to:

Run structured user research

Interview customers and understand the real problem behind their requests

Design complete experiences from wireframe to final UI

Prototype and validate ideas quickly

Use qualitative feedback and product data together

Measure product performance daily and weekly
