In this role you will provide technical leadership to the development team and own key architectural decisions. You will shape modern, scalable architectures built on microservices and cloud-native patterns, guiding modernization from legacy systems. You will establish engineering standards, review code, and evaluate new technologies to drive product evolution. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment to deliver high-quality software that supports the group’s digital-payments and services ambitions. - Provide technical leadership to the development team including setting priorities and engineering standards
- Own key architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
- Define, evolve and maintain application and system architecture (microservices, distributed systems)
- Promote architectural principles and coding guidelines through reviews and best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption to support product evolution
- Lead modernization of technology landscape transitioning from legacy to cloud-native, containerized architectures
- 5+ years in software development within the .NET/.NET Core ecosystem
- Strong C#, REST APIs, and enterprise application design
- Proven experience with microservices-based and distributed architectures
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and release automation
- Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
- English proficiency at C1 level
