Gate Golf Club in Naples, FL, is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations for The Gimme and The Pavilion, reporting to the Executive Chef. You will oversee staff, ensure quality and safety, manage inventory, and help shape the culinary culture ahead of the late-2026 opening.
The role requires strong leadership, culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, seasonal environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
