Simplify Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Italy to grow our luxury hospitality footprint across resorts, hotels, beach clubs and leisure operators. You will develop direct sales, seasonal rentals and revenue-share partnerships while building relationships with senior decision-makers.
The role requires travel across Italy, deep market understanding, fluency in Italian and business English, and the ability to work remotely and independently within an international team.
