In this role you drive people and organizational capabilities for a global Operations footprint, partnering with senior management to design scalable structures and cost-effective workforce solutions. You’ll blend organizational design, workforce analytics, and change management to optimize across dozens of plants and global functions, while providing hands‑on HR support to the Italian HQ. Your work enables a high‑performing, PE‑backed transformation with measurable impact on efficiency and costs. You’ll influence senior leaders and shape cross‑functional people strategies.

  • Partner with Operations and senior management to optimize and integrate the global Operations organization, footprint, and structure across multiple plants and functional areas
  • Develop and maintain organizational blueprints to ensure appropriate roles, capabilities, and reporting lines
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness; support business cases for changes in footprint, outsourcing/insourcing, capacity, and restructuring
  • Create benchmarks, KPIs, and workforce analytics to inform fact‑based decisions in collaboration with Finance and Controlling
  • Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure consistent rollout of global initiatives across geographies
  • Support Italian senior management and the Italy HR Manager on industrial relations and high‑impact HR activities
  • Assist mid‑to senior‑level management recruitment at group level from profiling through onboarding
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives at group level
  • 5–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational settings
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing organizations, labor costs, and workforce dynamics
  • Comfort with data analysis, business cases, and cost analysis; industrial relations experience
  • Fluent English; international experience preferred
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and adaptable in a PE‑backed transformation context
  • Business-oriented with analytical mindset and ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
  • Ability to challenge existing organizational models and act decisively with incomplete data
