Position Purpose:

  • Create a collaborative environment by supporting organizational growth and ensuring optimal working conditions;
  • Ensure that the organization has the necessary human resources to operate efficiently and competitively, contributing to the overall success of the company;
  • Manage industrial relations and ensure that the company complies with all labor laws and regulations, including collective bargaining agreements and internal policies;
  • Support management in defining and implementing the company strategy through HR policies aligned with business objectives;
  • Lead organizational change processes, ensuring consistency, sustainability, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure, in compliance with applicable regulations and in line with company policies, the proper definition, recruitment, and management of plant personnel, while ensuring and developing their professional capabilities;
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure the proper application of the Employee Charter principles;
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's occupational health service, maintaining high quality standards and compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Manage change management processes at plant level (reorganizations, operational transformations, new organizational models);
  • Support the implementation of new organizational structures and competency frameworks;
  • Ensure effective management of industrial relations and legal matters, including any disputes, fostering continuous improvement of the company climate;
  • Promote positive and inclusive company culture, enhancing internal communication and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction;
  • Coordinate and develop the plant HR team, ensuring service effectiveness and efficiency.
Competenze ed esperienza

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or Humanities, with a specialization in Human Resources;
  • Knowledge of labor law and industrial relations (mandatory);
  • Experience in manufacturing/production plant environments (preferred);
  • Experience in reorganization and change management processes;
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data analysis tools;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
