In this role you lead and deliver complex business transformations for clients, including digital and AI transformations, to deliver bottom-line results. You partner with senior leadership, coach cross-functional teams, and drive sustained change through practical solutions. The position sits within Orphoz, a McKinsey Transformation unit focused on execution and value creation. You’ll work in a global, diverse environment and gain rapid leadership development through mentorship and structured learning.

- Lead and deliver complex transformation programs (digital, AI, operational excellence, restructuring) for clients
- Partner with senior client leadership to build capabilities, governance, and processes
- Coach and motivate multidisciplinary teams to drive execution and measurable impact
- Act as a subject-matter expert combining hands-on experience with problem-solving to translate insights into actions
- Lead Orphoz project teams and collaborate with McKinsey strategy teams
- Deliver transformation programs from planning through delivery and sustained impact
- Master’s degree with strong academic record
- 8+ years in project delivery, project management/PMO, preferably in consulting
- Proven people leadership and team development experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurially driven
- Experience in business change, transformation/TO, and operational excellence
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile)
- Functional exposure to AI-related solutions; industry experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries, or mid-sized enterprises
- Willingness to travel on client sites (Mon–Thu)
- Fluent Italian and English
