About the CompanyYIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner specializing in luxury leather goods hardware, high-end fashion jewelry, and precision metal components. We support international brands from hardware development and engineering through manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and scalable production.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Sourcing Manager based in Italy with a strong understanding of leather goods, accessories, components, and supplier collaboration. The role connects Italy's product-development and sourcing ecosystem with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with sourcing, product-development, and supplier-management teams.
- Identify relevant leather goods and accessories development opportunities.
- Provide insights into supplier requirements, product specifications, cost, quality, and lead-time expectations.
- Support discussions between Italian product teams and YIBI's engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor developments within the Italian leather goods and accessories supply chain.
- Experience in sourcing, leather goods, accessories, product development, or supplier management.
- Familiarity with hardware, metal components, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Strong commercial and product understanding.
- Existing industry relationships within Italy are an advantage.
- Remote, contract-based and project-oriented.
- Strong understanding of leather goods and accessories.
- Supplier collaboration experience.
- Familiarity with hardware and metal components.
