The activity focuses on the development of a multifunctional towed prototype for solar energy management for electric tractors (MATEE) and the design of lightweight protective structures for selfpropelled machines weighing less than 400 kg (LW-ROPS). The activities include:

• Technical support for the mechanical/kinematic design (including FEM analysis) of prototype components/parts and test equipment.
• Technical support for assessing the rollover stability of agroforestry vehicles and towed equipment, through simulations and experimental tests in a controlled environment.
• Technical support for the execution and analysis of experimental and simulated tests on ROPS protective structures.
• Contribution to the drafting of reports and publications, including scientific and popular science articles, as well as technical and scientific documentation for periodic project reporting.
