In this role you oversee installation activities for signaling projects in Italy, coordinating site works, resources, and access while managing installation work packages. You lead installation efforts for signaling equipment and supervise subcontractors and third-party interfaces. You ensure compliance with DIS Installation and Field Operations processes and drive continuous improvement, safety, and performance. You’ll work within Field Operations to deliver on project goals and regulatory standards.
Responsabilità- Coordinate and supervise site activities, including facilities, resources, site access, and tools
- Manage the Installation Work Package and installation works for signaling equipment
- Lead planning, risk, non-conformity handling, and technical interfaces across installations
- Manage subcontractors through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
- Interface with third parties (facilities providers, civil work partners)
- Coordinate the Installation Engineering team for the assigned scope
- Ensure application of DIS Installation and FO Process for activities
- Drive continuous installation performance improvement and contribute to best practices and REX
- Participate in process/metier improvement groups, proposing updates to installation methods and tools
- Ensure EHS compliance through inspections and assessments; monitor performance (QCDP) and progress
- Support savings, risk mitigation, and milestone achievement in project delivery
- Monitor safety approvals and railway safety agency requirements (RSA)
