To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Junior Business Controller, a professional who will contribute to management control, reporting, and economic-financial planning activities, working closely with our management team.

THE ROLE:

You will join the Finance team and work closely with the Head of Accounting and the Management Control Manager. You will be responsible for supporting management control, reporting, and economic-financial planning activities, contributing to the evolution of our Finance processes.

You will have the opportunity to gain a cross-functional overview of the business, collaborating with various Business Units and participating in key planning, reporting, and business performance analysis processes within an international context.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Support the monthly management closing process;
  • Prepare economic and financial reports, as well as KPIs, to support management;
  • Monitor revenues, costs, and margins across clients, Business Units, and projects;
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and economic-financial planning activities;
  • Analyze variances against targets and identify root causes;
  • Collaborate with Business Units to interpret economic performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of company reporting and dashboards
  • Support the evolution of the company ERP, contributing to process automation, budget integration, and the improvement of management reporting;
  • Support the automation and optimization of Finance processes;
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on closing and data reconciliation activities;
  • Prepare analyses and presentations to support management and the Group.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • 2-4 years of experience in Management Control, Auditing, FP&A, consulting, or similar roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Precision, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail;
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience using Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio / Looker Studio);
  • Knowledge of Google BigQuery or database analysis tools;
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce and digital marketing industry;
  • Interest in technological innovation and curiosity about new AI applications, particularly in agentic AI;
  • An aptitude for experimenting with new digital tools and technologies, with an interest in automation and continuous process improvement.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
  • Permanent contract;
  • National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary/Commerce Sector (3rd/2nd level);
