Type of teaching commitment: without prejudice to the option between full-time and part-time, the candidate must carry out his /her teaching activity within the single-cycle Master's Degree Course in Law, the Three-year Degree Courses in Labor Consultant and Business Lawyer and in Political and Social Sciences, the Master's Degree Course in Law, innovation and sustainability and in Governance of the Public Administration, in the area of criminal law. Rights and duties of the candidate: those provided for by current provisions of law, by the Statute and by the regulations of the University of Brescia regarding the legal status of teaching staff. The candidate must work in full scientific maturity and autonomy; he/she will deal with the classic issues of criminal law as well as with the most recent regulatory and jurisprudential developments. In particular, he/she will be required to carry out a teaching and research activity that attests to a wide variety of interests (especially with regard to the issues of the impact on criminal law of the need to protect fundamental rights and the impact of supranational sources on the domestic criminal justice system) and high methodological rigor, also proven by the deep knowledge of the historical-comparative foundations of contemporary criminal law.
