Fortinet seeks an entry-level Business Development Representative in Milan to learn our cybersecurity technology and articulate its value to decision-makers. You will research prospects, identify decision makers, educate buyers, and qualify interest to build a high-quality pipeline. You’ll prospect across organizations using calling, email, and digital platforms, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to shape strategic approaches. The role includes training opportunities, certifications, and a clear path into enterprise technology sales.

- Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest
- Prospect across organizations via calls, email, and networking using Bombora, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Discover.org, and other sources
- Schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision makers
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call goals and generate high-quality sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other functions on strategic sales approaches
- Self-starter with energetic phone skills
- Excellent listening, writing and presentation skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, customer focus, data-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge in IT or cybersecurity
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative sales team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
