Skin Health Assistant Scientist

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector  is looking for a Skin Health Scientist

Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract

Responsabilità

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and support projects aligned with brand
• Support end-to-end development activities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
• Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team, data analysis, and pipeline execution
• Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredient selection, raw material management, and cost optimization
• Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights
• Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provide project updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level. 
• Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
• Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
