In this role you lead or participate in HAZOPs and safety reviews for refinery, petrochemical, pharma projects, coordinating with the Technical Safety Department Manager. Based in Corsico (Milan) with hybrid work and occasional travel, you will manage Technical Safety aspects, studies and workshops across client projects. You will interface with external safety consultants and support THSE coordination in Basic/FEED/EPC contracts to improve loss prevention and safety performance. - Lead/participate in HAZOPs and HAZID sessions at Client premises or project sites
- Manage Technical Safety studies, workshops and deliverables across Refinery, Petrochemical, Pharma projects
- Coordinate with Technical Safety Department Manager and cross-functional teams
- Interface with external HSE consultants for permitting and specialized studies
- Support senior colleagues in THSE coordination in Basic/FEED/EPC phases and project HSE compliance
- Increase THSE expertise and risk assessment and Loss Prevention capabilities
- Experience in a similar role (≥2 years)
- Experience in HSE aspects in engineering design (safety distances, ergonomics, fire & gas)
- Knowledge of CE marking according to European Safety Directives
- Availability for business trips
- Fluent English and Italian
- Be eligible to work in Italy
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
- TUV (or equivalent) Functional Safety certification appreciated
