AVEVA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Simulation in the EMEA region, with a base in Gallarate (Italy) and home-office flexibility. You’ll join a dynamic team that helps customers maximize AVEVA's Simulation software and build deep product expertise.
After onboarding, you will handle customer cases, reproduce issues, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to training delivery while developing strong relationships and a path toward presales or consulting roles.
