Head of ICT Services

Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. To help fuel that growth, we need an Head of IT Service Desk to join our IT team. As part of an organization of ~1,600 employees, you will ensure an optimal IT experience across all Prima systems. Fuelled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance. To be successful at this role, you need to have managed a large group of employees (at least 10 reports) for 5 years for a company of at least 1000 employees ideally in multiple countries.
