As Proposal Manager, you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering Department and be part of the ENCAR. Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance) Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives Development of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn‐key EPC lump sum) Analyse contract requirements and conditions in conjunction with commercial and legal functions Technical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub‐contractors Prepare assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in Engineering or in an Economic field

Experience:
minimum 5 years within oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors Languages: English (C1), Italian (C1) Open minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner Preferably 2+ years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sector You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
