Responsibilities

• Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
• Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.
• Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth and level upgrade.
• Collecting and organizing creator feedback, and assisting in producing reports or actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Available to start immediately till the end of the year.
• Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
• Proficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.
• Chinese speaking skills to work with Chinese-speaking creators.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Be mindful of data and able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
• Previous experience in influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
