Apprendista: Asset Management Assistant

We are looking for an Asset Management Apprentice to join our Operations team.

The candidate will support the team in managing and monitoring the company’s asset portfolio, gaining cross-functional skills in an international and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities / main knowledge s/he needs to acquire within the end of apprentice period:

• Managing and monitoring the asset portfolio (semi-trailers and fleet) through company systems
• Supporting data analysis and preparing periodic reports for management
• Coordinating with suppliers and repair shops for maintenance and service
• Document and administrative management of assets (documentation, registrations, deadlines)
• Supporting asset acquisition and disposal processes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and initiative
• Ability to work in teams and in multicultural environments
• The candidate must be a high school graduate, preferably from a technical high school
