Remote Global Payroll Implementation Lead

Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Lead in Italy to oversee end-to-end payroll system rollout for our clients. You will coordinate onboarding, define payroll requirements, and manage data migration and go-live activities with a cross-functional team. Responsibilities include creating project plans, maintaining documentation, and producing audit-ready payroll reports. Strong client-facing PM experience and deep payroll knowledge are essential to succeed in this role.
