Junior lab technician

150 patients and led to the filing and approval of 3 novel advanced therapy medicines. We are looking for a motivated Lab Technician/Research Assistant to work in projects focused on the development of innovative Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) based on genetically engineered T lymphocytes and hematopoietic stem cells (HSC). Main tasks Cell culture and genetic modification (lentiviral vector transduction, gene editing) Process scale-up and standardization Cell-based assays, molecular assays, flow cytometry analyses Preparation of standard lab procedures and protocols General lab support Qualifications and skills Master Degree (Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent) Strong wet lab experience Experience in ATMP and/or Good Manufacturing Practices as a plus High accuracy, reliability, precision Friendly, collaborative, proactive mindset Good oral and written English
